The license for retail trade in tobacco products

It is known that if a business entity, whether legal or natural person - entrepreneur, decided to carry out retail tobacco, he may start this activity only with permission of the state, namely a license for retail trade in tobacco products.
The procedure for obtaining and issuance of licenses for retail trade in tobacco products is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" dated December 19, 1995 N 481/95-VR with appropriate modifications and additions.
