The license for the retail sale of beverages

It is known that if a business entity, whether legal or natural person - entrepreneur, decided to carry out retail of alcoholic goods, he may start this activity only with permission of the state, namely, a license to retail alcoholic beverages.

The procedure for obtaining and issuance of licenses for retail trade in alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" dated December 19, 1995 N 481/95-VR with appropriate modifications and additions.

To obtain the license, the bodies DFS filed a number of relevant documents, and if they meet the above requirements of the law, within 10 days issued license to retail alcoholic beverages.

Also, to obtain licenses for the retail of alcoholic beverages to DFS must provide a list of electronic cash registers (books accounting payment transactions) that are in place trade.

The size of retail space allowed for a license to retail alcoholic beverages shall not be less than 20 square meters. m.
