Work permit

Legal entities or individuals - entrepreneurs have the right to employ foreign citizens only after obtaining a work permit issued by the employment.
 If there are vacancies in the company, the state first gives priority to citizens of Ukraine. Therefore, in order to arrange a foreigner to work, the employer must show that this position is a foreigner he needed, for example due to the fact that in Ukraine there is no such kind of specialists.
The above requirement does not apply if an executive position claims the founder of a legal entity.
For permission to employ foreigners paid state fee that is four minimum wages.
To obtain a work permit must submit:
certificate of no criminal record;
2 medical certificate form 028 / O 140/0
photocopy of passport - first page, and notarized translation;
Diploma translation translation, and if necessary - Apostille
4 photos (3,5h4,5)
Term work permit - 1 month.
The cost of services is discussed in each case and depends on the necessary documents to obtain permission.
The permit is valid for one year.
